BACKSTAGE
The Evolution of a Champion

The fans cheer as the cameras head backstage to show one of the two challengers for the sVo Championship arriving in the arena, Darwin Jones! Jones looks in confident mood as he strides into the arena with his sports bag slung over his shoulder and a pair of black shades covering his eyes.

Jones is quickly met by Katie Smith who is on the scene with a microphone in hand.

Katie Smith: “Darwin, you had a hell of a night last week on Showdown. Not only did you have to take on Blood Money in a handicap match but you also then suffered an attack at the hands of Vorheez and the Black Brothers at the end of the night, how has that impacted your chances of winning the sVo Championship in the main event tonight?”

Jones stops for Katie to answer the question, slowly removing the black shades him his face to reveal a black eye.

Darwin Jones: “It’s made my chances go through the roof Katie. It showed me just how scared Johnny All Star and William Vorheez are of me and my ability to walk out as the sVo Champion tonight! They had to throw all that at me, but I am still here and still walking into that main event tonight ready to become the Champion!”

Jones winks at Katie Smith through his good eye, before placing the shades back on his face and walking away into the arena as the scene fades out.

BACKSTAGE
Championship Opportunity

The cameras head to the backstage area once again, in particular to the office of Jon Page where the sVo Owner is standing by with Curtis Knight and Athena in front of the giant roulette wheel that is in the corner of the office. Knight has to the sVo Roulette Championship belt draped over his shoulder and looks eager to find out his opponent in tonight’s title match!

Jon Page: “Right then guys, everyone in the locker room is ready to see how this is going to go down! Who wants to do the honors?”

The camera pans around the different names on the roulette wheel, as Curtis Knight gestures to his wife Athena to spin the wheel. Athena steps forward and gives the heavy wheel a big spin, as Knight stands back and watches to see who he will face tonight.

All three watch as the wheel spins around, before slowly ticking past the different names as it slows down.

Jacob Izaz….. No….

JVD….. No…..

Clam Idia….. No……

Absolute Zero…… No….

Athena?….. Yes!

Athena and Curtis Knight look on in shock as Page looks around nervously as the wheel stops on Athena!

Jon Page: “Well…. I guess it’s official!”

Knight looks between Athena and Page waiting for someone to tell him it was all some sort of prank, as Athena places her hand on the Championship belt on her husband’s shoulder.

Athena: “Don’t worry, I will still let you carry my title when I win it later….”

Athena smiles at her husband as she leaves the room, whilst Curtis Knight watches on in shock.

BACKSTAGE
Evening the Odds

The cameras head backstage, where Junior Gambino is celebrating a big victory over Money Malone earlier this evening, along with his new Blood Money teammates Anthony Moretti and Joe Barone! The three look in high spirits, however the party is quickly well and truly crashed as the Black Brothers storm onto the scene and begin throwing big rights and lefts!

Backstage workers scatter as the three members of Blood Money and the two giant Black Brothers brawl all over the catering area!

Furniture goes flying as the five men use anything they can lay their hands on as a weapon, until security finally arrives on the scene! The five men do their best to continue the brawl, until an army of security guards are finally able to separate them and pull them away in opposite directions!

With the Black Brothers and Blood Money being detained, will it mean that Vorheez and Johnny Moretti will have to go it alone in the main event tonight?

sVo Championship Match
William Vorheez (c) vs. Johnny Moretti vs. Darwin Jones

‘Viva Las Vegas’ by Metal Elvis hits the sound system and the crowd pop as the ‘Welcome to Las Vegas’ sign appears on the giant screen and pyros shoot up from both sides of the entrance ramp. After a few seconds the man himself, Johnny ‘All-Star’ Moretti steps out onto the top of the entrance ramp and throws his arms in the air. All-Star makes his way through the pyros down towards the ring. All-Star salutes to the fans that boo his name as he climbs into the ring and jumps to the second rope of the nearest turnbuckle. All-Star throws his arms in the air and gets even more boos from his hometown fans.

The arena lights dim as the V-Tron goes dark and several different colored gases start swirling in the middle. As the gases swirl faster the arena is rocked with an explosion from the V-Tron and pyro exploding from the ramp. The swirling gases are replaced by a spinning earth and ‘Evolution’ by Clawfinger fills the arena. The earth continues to spin as pictures of mankind’s greatest accomplishments and tragedies emanate from the spinning globe.

A Cro-Magnon man starts to walk forward evolving with every step it makes raising its arms out to the side, finally ending with Darwin Jones walking forward with his arms spread wide blocking out the view of the earth. Pyro explodes on the entrance ramp as Darwin Jones appears on the entrance ramp arms spread wide. He takes his time to the ring working the crowd into a frenzy. Sliding into the ring he pulls himself up into a corner still working for the crowd.

The arena goes pitch black as the opening guitar riff from “Abominator” by Doyle plays. Smoke billows up from the bottom of the staging area, as green laser lights dance across the stage. Just as the opening riff comes to a close, two large hits of a drum can be heard, and pyro goes off syncing with them. The song dives in, as Vorheez makes his appearance at the top of the ramp. Wearing a long black, sleeveless coat, that has green stitching and it covered in small spikes, as well as a black, beat up, cowboy hat covering his eyes. Vorheez marches slowly down to the ring, his eyes fixated on the ring, looking determined, and focused. As Vorheez climbs onto the ring apron and climbs inside the ring, the lights slowly come up and the music fades.
William Vorheez hands the sVo Championship to the referee, who holds it high in the air to signal that it will be on the line in tonight’s match!

The referee passes the belt to the outside of the ring, and with all three competitors in the ring the main event is ready to get started!

RINGSIDE
Ultimate Victory

The referee signals for the bell to be rung as the fans cheer loudly at William Vorheez picking up the three count and the victory to retain his sVo Championship! Johnny All Star Moretti looks disgusted at losing the match and his shot at regaining the Championship despite not being involved in the pinfall decision, as he rolls out of the ring and angrily walks back up the entrance ramp.

Back in the ring the referee presents the sVo Championship belt back to William Vorheez, and the champion raises the belt high above his head as he stands over the body of Darwin Jones in the middle of the ring! The fans continue to cheer for Vorheez, but suddenly it looks like Vorheez isn’t done as he grabs Jones and pulls him up to his feet. Darwin Jones looks groggy as Vorheez places the belt on the mat, before lifting Jones up into the air! It looks like William Vorheez is aiming for the Wrath of Vorheez onto Jones onto the belt!

The fans rise to their feet, but before Vorheez can hit the move and take Darwin Jones out for good, “Keep on Swinging” by Rival Sons floods the sVo arena as some pyro goes off! The fans pop as the returning Hugo Ryzing steps out onto the top of the entrance ramp!

Vorheez looks shocked as he drops Jones down to the mat to face up to Ryzing, as the former Tag Team Champion partner of Jones walks down the entrance ramp! Ryzing pauses before entering the ring and pulls his hood down, before climbing into the ring! Ryzing stares down Vorheez, but Vorheez doesn’t seem to want any part of Ryzing, the man that he put on the injured list, as he grabs his belt and rolls out of the ring!

The fans give a mixed reaction to Vorheez, as he makes his way back up the entrance ramp with the sVo Championship in hand! Meanwhile Ryzing helps Darwin Jones up to his feet in the ring. The fans cheer loudly as Darwin Jones looks surprised and pleased to see his tag team partner back in the ring! Jones stands in the middle of the ring trying to take in the reaction from the crowd, as Ryzing walks around the four corners to soak in the cheers as the sVo copyright info appears in the bottom corner of the screen.

However suddenly the cheers turn to a collective shocked gasp from the crowd as Ryzing turns and runs at Darwin Jones and knocks him down with a Bicycle Kick!

The fans can’t believe it, as Ryzing wastes no time in pulling Darwin Jones up to his feet, and drilling him with a ‘Ryz-up’ in the middle of the ring! Ryzing stands over his tag team partner with a sick smile on his face, as Roll the Dice 2022 heads off of the air!

"I make my own rules. I don’t follow orders from Jon Page. The scumbag disgust’s me, and since I make my own rules I decided that I won’t fight in any title matches unless it’s for the sVo championship. That’s giving up alot right. I may never see a World Title bout, but that’s all that matters to me. That title. I could’ve easily won the Las Vegas title here tonight, but that won’t make me. Only the sVo Championship will."
