‘Courtesy Of The Red, White And Blue’ by Toby Keith plays on the sound system as sparks shoot up from either side of the ramp. After a few seconds Hank Hope walks out amongst the pyro and gives a salute out to the crowd. The fans boo the ‘American Hero’ as Hope smiles as if he was getting an amazing reaction and slowly walks down the entrance ramp, smiling to the fans at ringside. Hope climbs into the ring and gives one last big salute to the crowd before the match gets started.
